Fitness Musik Hit: Orinoco Flow

Vild med flow? Vild med melodisk musik? (Vild med at sejle?) Så er dette ældre nummer lige sagen. Det er et klassisk fitness hit til nedvarmning … eller jogging?

I går underviste jeg i FlowMotion muskeltræning og mobilitet og fandt dette nummer som jeg har brugt utallige gange til nedvarmning, stretching, balance og mobility.

Orinoco flow

Det er svingende new age musik, som passer bedst til blide bevægelser, men anbefales også visse steder til løb (jogging).

Det er et inciterende iørefaldende ‘lyttemusik’ nummer, som hittede globalt i 80’erne.
Det er fra albummet Watermark, der ligesom de øvrige Enya albums, kan anbefales.
